Hair, Bone & Copper Cuff A distinctive piece of handcrafted metalwork combining red copper, hair and bone. The centre features hair set between two contrasting half-domed copper details, all mechanically secured with hand-set rivets. The copper cuff has a hammered, textured surface, while the ends are finished with square bone elements, also riveted rather than soldered. The cuff measures approximately 7 cm from side to side and is adjustable for a comfortable fit. At approximately 1.5 cm wide, it has a substantial but wearable presence. Created by retired Master Goldsmith Terry Behrens, each component has been individually shaped, fitted and riveted in his Gqeberha workshop. Materials: Red copper, hair and bone.
